Writing because I love it

So I started writing many many years ago. Nothing serious, just little poetic lines in a large green book I have. Normally I wrote when I felt emotion, normally from heart breaks!

I love to write and jot down little thoughts.

Since then I have started my company Piggy Wiggies. I love kids and feel like a big kid myself! I thank my Dad and family for this. I really loved my childhood and loved being outside with my Dad helping him in the garden and playing games.. I am not saying there were not any hard days but I only have GREAT memories of when I was a kiddlewink!

My dad used to make up the most wonderful bedtime stories. They were filled with magic and little creatures he just made up on the spot. 

I did not do very well at school, and I am dyslexic. My Mum still checks my spelling and grammar if I ask her to. But I don't let that stop me. All is takes is an imagination and some magic. There are editors who can do that job! These images attached are just 3 of the books I have written I have some great other titles. 

I am currently sending them to Literary agents so fingers crossed. If all fails, there is always the self publishing route which is becoming more and more popular these days...... As soon as these books are online I will let you all know.. Thanks for following and thanks for believing in me......

Crossfit-Exercise

So I have started this new exercise called cross fit. I am still in the fundamental stages but it's super fun. One of my favorite classes back home in England was PE (sport!)

This class reminds me of PE. You are in a group and you all work along side one another. The first half of the class is a warm up, which to me feels more like a workout then you do the actual workout. By the end you are DEAD!!!

Every class is different so you will never really do the same WOD (workout of the day) You will notice you cardio and your strength getting better and better every class!.

So for example our last class started with a 200m run outside then 20 lunges, then a 200m run then 20 squats and so on. And that was just the warm up. Make sure to have a look on google http://www.crossfit.com/. Don't let the website intimidate you! As you start off super slow and easy and you can always pick the weight and speed you do the class. The links on google tend to be heard towards them more cultish cross fit. They people who get into it on a serious level! hey, thats not me, I do it for a fun but hard workout. AND I LOVE IT. I just wanted to share it with you. They asked the class a few days ago if any of us wanted to take part in the Paleo challenge. I am happy I decided not to as the day after I had a chocolate brownie and a big bag of popcorn, so I would of failed. Friday

So today was fun, I got to set up for the Miss expo conference in Long Beach. The event is tomorrow! I am hoping to sell lots of Piggy Wiggies and Howly Owls.. They all need new homes! Nearly paid my LLC fee twice! That would not of been good. AND I have nearly finished my hedgehog book! So lots of fun. I am going to do cross fit tonight with some friends then home to relax!
